Terms for Good Horse People early access.

What the service is today
Good Horse People is a pre-launch research service for routine horse care in Texas. Today, horse owners and caregivers can submit intake information and join early access. The service does not currently match people, list or browse profiles, provide messaging, arrange routine horse-care visits, accept bookings, or process payments. By using the site or submitting an intake, you agree to these terms and our privacy notice.
No promise of service or work
Joining early access or completing an intake does not guarantee a future match, placement, interview, service provider, customer, assignment, coverage area, launch date, booking, or paid work. We may change, pause, or stop the research program. A submission is not an offer or acceptance of horse care and does not create a contract between an owner and a caregiver.
No employment relationship
A caregiver who submits information is not an employee, contractor, agent, partner, or representative of Good Horse People. We have not screened, background-checked, approved, or verified caregivers, and we do not insure them. Nothing on this pre-launch site should be treated as an endorsement of any person or a statement about their qualifications.
Your information and private links
You do not create an account to join early access. You agree to give accurate, current information that you have the right to share. A private continuation link provides access to a saved intake. Keep it confidential, do not forward it, and contact support@goodhorsepeople.com if you believe someone else has it. You are responsible for activity performed through your link until you notify us.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, threatening, harassing, or infringing material. Do not impersonate another person, submit information about someone without authority, probe or bypass site security, misuse private links, interfere with the service, automate abusive submissions, or use the site to harm a person or animal. We may restrict access, reject, or remove a submission when reasonably necessary to protect the research service, its users, or others.
Animal welfare and emergencies
Good Horse People is not veterinary care, and nothing on this site replaces advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a veterinarian. Do not use an intake form or email to report an animal emergency. Contact a veterinarian or the appropriate emergency service immediately if a horse or another animal may be ill, injured, missing, endangered, or in urgent need of care.
Service provided as available
This early-access site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, future launch, results, availability of care, or the accuracy or reliability of information submitted by other people. Your use of the research service is at your own risk.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Horse People and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or harm arising from reliance on another person's submission. Our total liability for a claim related to this free pre-launch service will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Texas law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires another location.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the research service changes. We will post the revised terms here and change the effective date. Changes apply going forward. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practical.
